You will need to check with your city or county planning and zoning department to find out if the three can be placed back into a single parcel number. Then that would have to be done before you obtain the financing. Most likely the sellers (I’m assuming 3 different sellers) would not allow it. If there is a single seller for all 3 units, he or she may be more amenable to this to get them all sold. If the condo complex is bigger than just the 3 units, it will not be possible.

I have no idea why you would work for free – I know I used to do that, until I sat and totaled up how much of my time I was giving away and how much I would have earned IF that company really CARED to pay me for my time, and STOPPED doing it immediately.

Just about ANY company will let you volunteer your time, but if you insist on doing that, at least do it for an organization who would APPRECIATE it – such as a hospital or something like that.

every state and city has different rules for landlords. call around and get a hold of something in writing to know what you have to work with. it may also be wise to go in and talk to an attorney for a consultation. i did, best thing i couldve done. first things first, tell them flat out the yelling and fighting has to stop. dont ever let them think they are in control.

If you stay to work or finishing up that because you are a good person and an excellent worker and that you know that you have a very good home to go to after work, but if you stay one more hour and your productivity is similar to those who left earlier before you, you should be thinking about improving yourself.
I go home only about half an hour after clock time and finish all my assignments. I do lots of thinking and working at home, just for fun and just to make me better everyday.
Try just stay home and think about work half an hour a day. I find that I solve lots of work problems this way.

When I had my first child, an elderly lady I worked with gave me some advise that I will never forget. She said “Don’t let being baby’s momma become your only identity.”

Mom is one of the many things I am. I’m also a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, companion, coworker, etc. You can’t just be one thing. At different times in life, a particular role may be more important than the others but that doesn’t mean you can forget about the others and only focus on that one. If you’re just a mom, when your child grows up and doesn’t need you to be constantly by his side, you won’t know who you are or what to do and you’ll have no family and friends to help you though it.

My kids are the most important thing to me and always will be but they are not everything I need in life. A mom can find the balance between her family and interest outside of the family.

IT’S funny because my children tell’s me mom you do not cook anymore like you use to an my kids are 16,14, 11, i tell them that look it’s food for you guys to eat i am not going to come in here everyday an cook a big dinner they love chicken strips fries, we eat fast things like that maybe twice a week an the rest of the days we eat tuna sandwhich’s an the other days i cook a big dinner but i told my children not every night i will not cook a big dinner because i like to take some time out for me reading or on the computer,or just to relax my mind.but i guess moms are not suppose to relax.LOL
