St.Johns Village Post Office Closed.
St.Johns Village
The Post Office in St.Johns Village closed it’s doors today. If you have read my previous post about new management, well that did’nt work out and I know why why but don’t want to be sued. Anyway the nearest Post Office now is either at Knaphill or Woking town centre, but that’s a real pain as it is situated in the basement in W.H.Smith’s.
End of an era in St.Johns Village, the Post Office was there when I moved to St.Johns Village, on the Hermitage in 1976. Just around the corner the opticians has closed but I understand that it may soon be occupied again. The shop next door to that was a travel agents, that’s closed but there is about a year to run on the lease so it will probably remain closed for that period.
It’s all happening in St.Johns Village.
